PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS

Following your purchase, you will receive a link via email inviting you to take your test in about 24 hours. If you have not received this link, make sure that it has not fallen into your junk mail. If you still can't find the link, do not hesitate to contact us for additional help.

On an ethical level, it is not appropriate to rely solely on test results to make professional decisions. The information collected during a psychometric evaluation must be considered as an additional source of data. Therefore, you should have other sources to triangulate the information. When we rely solely on the results of a psychometric assessment, we risk missing important aspects of the person evaluated. By using several sources of information, such as interviews, references and observations in the field, we obtain a more complete and nuanced image of the person. Data triangulation allows us to reduce bias and more accurately assess an individual's skills, personality traits and abilities. Under no circumstances should an employee's assessment be used to justify dismissal.

In addition, the results of psychometric tests contain personal information. It is essential to respect the confidentiality of individuals' data and not to disclose them without their consent.

The MBTI should not be used for the selection of employees for the following reasons:

  • The MBTI identifies people who may like to do a certain type of work, but it does not determine how well they could do this work. The MBTI does not identify the skills or abilities that predict success in a job.
  • An organization that uses the MBTI for selection compromises its credibility with potential and current employees who know that the use of the MBTI for selection purposes is inappropriate.

Privacy and Responsibility: When you carry out the assessment for another person, it is essential to ensure a confidential process. Make sure that the information collected will not be disclosed without authorization. As a user of the evaluation, you are responsible for the protection of data confidentiality.

Personal Status and Consent: Before confirming your purchase, take into account your own personal situation. Make sure that you are able to take this step with full knowledge of the facts. If you are acting on behalf of another person, obtain their informed consent to participate in the evaluation.

For these assessments, you must be 18 years of age or older. This ensures that the results are relevant and adapted to an adult audience.

We are available to support you in the interpretation of the information or to answer any questions you may have. Make an appointment with us for an hourly consultation.
